Ans: This property is situated in EPIP Zone developed by KIADB. Our paperworks are transparent. If required, Property documents / Sanctioned drawings / Department clearances can always be requested. We will be happy to share the same.
Ans: Every lessee will be provided with their own sub meters which capture electrical consumption (BESCOM, DG, Solar) which is accessible by the lessee 24/7. All the HVAC points are fitted with BTU meters which are under the control of the lessee. Flow meters are provided on every flow to capture water consumption of the lessee. By doing such things, the efficient usage of energy / water can be controlled by the lessee himself. Except for the co-working space, wherein the utility charges are inclusive of the final billing.
Ans: The closest bus stand / metro point is situated next Vydehi hospital which is barely 150m away from the building.
Ans: Yes. Round the clock security, building maintenance team is available & always ready to help in case of assistance.
Ans: The tech park is always functional, with security & building maintenance team supporting the clients but the management will not be held responsible for damages caused due to negligence of the lessee to operate during such time.
Ans: Yes. The tech park is equipped with N+1 power backups & water is stocked with atleast 5 lakh litres of water. In addition, we have 2000 litres of diesel stocked up in case of any unforeseen circumstances, the DG can be used.
